About Us

We are a first-generation family farm located in the Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania. Jon and Ashley were married in 2010 while Jon was working at Rohrbach Farms in Catawissa, PA, where he gained hands-on experience raising cattle and pigs. We later moved to North Carolina so Jon could pursue graduate school, and in 2020, we were blessed to purchase our own farm and begin building what we had long envisioned.

Since purchasing the farm, we have focused on restoring soil health and producing high-quality hay and beef cattle. In 2026, we are working toward adding sheep to the farm, aiming to have lamb available in 2027.

We are the proud parents of five children—Mark, Aria, Eli, Allie, and Adeline—whose ages range from 9 years to just 2 months. Our older children love helping on the farm, whether feeding animals or riding along on the tractor. We are passionate about stewarding the land to produce top-quality beef (and soon lamb) that is healthy for our family and for yours. We believe God has blessed us with a large family and an incredible farm, and we hope to share those blessings by providing wholesome, responsibly raised meats to our community.
